There's a fine, tiny line between mental stability and instability. 
Mental health can deteriorate, and anyone can be affected.
 It's not just about extreme behaviour. Like the people we see on the road, that needs very prompt attention from the government.
 It can manifest in various ways. Unfortunately, people often overlook or downplay mental health symptoms due to ignorance or negligence . 
Mental health challenges can be as a result of Genetics, trauma, abuse.
 It can manifest as changes in mood, do you have bizarre mood changes, difficulty coping with stress, and impaired relationships?

I've heard many cases of people ending up in a psychiatric ward after a break up. 
Don't make a relationship your whole life; look for other hobbies. Know that people come and people go,accept it and move on. Life goes on. It can manifest as physical symptoms like changes in sleep cycle, appetites, and so on. Guard your mental health. Is there anything that sets you up?

Sleep is something I put so much importance in, and most of the time, it's quite hard to get a straight 7 hours sleep if you're a student or an hustler, or both. Yes, we understand you want a better life for yourself, but not at the detriment of your health. If you don't sleep in the night, prioritise sleeping in the day. Balance it up. Avoid triggers. Identify triggers and avoid it. Track it. People sitting on that bench now didn't know they will one day sit on it. I know my triggers, and I avoid it; know yours.
